Create felted balls from bits of wool roving in varying colors, sizes and shapes and then have great fun embellishing them. They can be hung as pendants around your neck, or used to add a touch of whimsy to a purse. Smaller ones make great earrings!
Using small amounts of wool roving create shapes which can then be embelllished with a variety of different beads. The roving is shaped into a ball, wet with hot soapy water and formed between the hands to create the desired shape. An awl can be used to poke a whole if desired or a loop can be attached. Then the fun begins bringing a variety of embellishment techniques and added lampwork or other larger beads to create the pendant.
