All Dolled Up
These fun and whimsical dolls are created using peyote stitch
in the round. I will take you through techniques for increasing
and decreasing to create the goddess figure. Once the body
has been completed, a special focal bead or a bezeled rivoli
must then be added to serve as the head. To complete your
beaded goddess you will give her hair and embellishments of
your choice.

Blowing in the Wind
This delightful round amulet contains a secret for the child
in all of us, hidden inside is a bubble blower! The design
allows for removing the bubble blower from its pouch for bubble
blowing and for refilling. The amulet is worked using tubular
peyote with a series of decreases and is then embellished.
The bottle is covered in peyote and is fitted with a peyote
stitched sleeve which slides up and down to reveal the bubble
blower.

Collared Elegance
This collar is a study in freeform techniques that result
in a beautiful, wearable and versatile neckpiece. Given the
many color variations you will find it easy to wear with most
anything in your wardrobe. Created primarily with seed beads,
this collar uses folds and layers of beads to give a supple
texture. I call this technique soft peyote. Each of the elements
which create the suppleness and shape will be illustrated
along with many freeform techniques.

and embellish these large foil backed crystals with the flexible

Etruscean Treasure

Falling Leaves Lariat
Freeform leaves cascade gracefully from each end of an ndebele
lariat. The leaves are gradated in color from dark to light
and created using freeform peyote techniques. The three sided
ndebele neckchain is then made incorporating accent beads
along the length. The lariat can be worn short to add interest
to any neckline or worn long as your fashion sense dictates.

Lace Cap Beads
